Hi All,

I've listed a set of these for sale on Ebay. All have the "Broken M" variety, making them a very good set.

Like most other issues, I assume that around 700 of each were overprinted for UPU distribution. I believe the broken M occurred only once per forme of 60.

Does anyone have any further info on the Specimen overprints and the variety?
