Do any members have the folders produced 1962 to 1965, which included a set of Nauru stamps CTO with full gum?
The sets were "current" at the time they were made up, and changed over those years as new denominations were issued.
Unfortunately, I do not know whether the new denominations were for additional rates or replacements for old rates.
Any help greatly appreciated.
