Keith Fitchett - Stamps and PO of GEIC

The late Keith Fitchett had invested a huge amount of time and effort into researching and writing "The Stamps and Postal History of the Gilbert and Ellice Islands". Unfortunately this massive work was never completed, but the PISC are now pleased to make available the manuscript as a set of 'Research papers' to interested PISC members. These can be found under Literature > PISC Publications for those interested.
